Release Notes: Upgraded Account Management Features, Broader Collection Capabilities & More

SUNRATE

2025/07/22

We’re pleased to introduce the newest platform updates, designed to streamline account management and broaden your global collection options. From downloadable transaction statements to new banking partners in the US and Nigeria, these improvements offer greater flexibility, transparency, and control. Here’s a quick overview of the key enhancements which are available now.

01: Download account and card statements with ease

SUNRATE clients can now conveniently download account transaction statements and card settlement documents directly from the client portal, providing greater transparency and ease of record-keeping.

02: Apply for US Collection Accounts with more banking options

Applications for US collection accounts now support more banking options. This addition extends coverage across a wide range of platforms, including Amazon, Amazon VC, eBay, TikTok, Wayfair, Etsy, TEMU, SHEIN, and other major e-commerce marketplaces—as well as independent sites powered by Shopify, Shoplazza, Shopline, WooCommerce, and more.

03: Link settlement documents to collection orders (Professional version)
SUNRATE clients can now specify whether foreign exchange settlement is required when creating a collection order. If B2B Goods Trade is selected, the order can subsequently be linked to a corresponding settlement document.

For clients in Mainland of China, collection orders can be directly associated with settlement documents.

Additionally, multiple settlements can be created and linked, provided they fall within the foreign exchange quota allocated to the order.

04: Activate Nigerian Collection Accounts with additional banking options
In Nigeria, businesses can now apply for a B2B collection account with more local banking options.

Please note: Only one Nigerian collection account can be active at any given time.

As SUNRATE continues to innovate, these latest enhancements are part of our ongoing commitment to helping businesses navigate cross-border payments with greater ease, flexibility, and control. Whether you're streamlining internal operations or scaling across new markets, our enhanced platform features are built to support your success every step of the way.
